Meet Katrina:
Business Scientist: Katrina is a business scientist at the FAA and is known for her ability to bring people together to solve complex problems with innovative approaches. She served on the board of True Sky Credit Union and has founded multiple small businesses. She knows the real life challenges of small businesses and their impact on our community.
Guided by Faith: Katrina is a Christian leader and invited speaker. She speaks from the heart with authenticity and challenges people to know their worth and use their talents. She values people and volunteers in her church children's program.
Pursuing Excellence: She has her Ph.D. from OU and specializes in leadership, innovation, and human performance in aerospace. She is a SWOSU Hall of Famer for her leadership in Aerospace and Defense. As a rancher, she recently won Oklahoma’s “Best Beef” award with Blackjack Legacy Ranches. She was recognized as one of Oklahoma’s Top 40 Women Under 40. Katrina pursues excellence relentlessly!
Invested in Community: Katrina is a 5th generation OKC Ward 3 resident and likes to say she is an Oklahoma girl with an Oklahoma heart. Building community, being a good neighbor, seeing what needs to be done and doing it are part of her core values. She is usually working with kids and grownups alike to LIVE these values. She believes in leadership by example.
